After being positioned in a new role under the SVP of Growth Marketing to focus resources exclusively on brand development, I was first tasked with fast-tracking the reimagining of the visual marketing strategy for the company’s core consumer brand within a 30-day timeframe.
To meet the target launch date and goals, I identified and self-initiated the following tasks:
· Researched & developed roadmap to drive marketing campaign production towards
more commercialized, modern, & efficient outputs to accelerate ROI & grow userbase
· Strategized with Marketing Directors to define ideal target audience for future growth
· Invented new design, production & content development strategy to target above
· Established new brand voice, visual identity, brand guidelines & documentation of these
· Successfully coordinated alignment & buy-in across SVPs, Marketers & AdOps
stakeholders to effectively progress efforts & ensure accurate and on-time delivery
· Trained designers to follow new production process & execute new design standards
Established new brand voice, visual identity, brand guidelines & documentation of these based on new color palette, keywords, and font provided by Creative Director. & oversaw art direction & strict implementation of the new guidelines across design and non-design teams. Audited Contributed to dsicussions from a Marketing perspective, ideating terminology & content that would best reflect our brand voice and target established demographics or test groups, including: copywriting, research & identifying things to test and best approach for testing.
