PROBLEM Throwing away our worn-out shoes is not only wasteful, it can be emotionally compromising for shoe lovers. Although many shoe repair centers exist, they lack the accessibility, personality and publicity necessary to attract these shoe fanatics and prevent the loss of their favorite footwear.
OBJECTIVE Prevent this waste of shoes and keep shoe-lovers satisfied! SOLUTION Brand a nation-wide shoe repair company that reflects the personality and passion of top shoe purchasers. Develop a marketing campaign to attract and inform these customers, providing them with multiple levels of access to the company (online, in-store, take-home, etc.) making the process more personalized and convenient. Student project created at Syracuse University's Communications Design program. Project developed entirely by designer from concept to creation, including Branding, Packaging Design, Advertising, Kiosk Design, UX Design (Website), Copywriting and Photography. |

IN-STORE KIOSK
A kiosk will be stationed within shoe outlets for users to drop off their damaged shoes free of charge (right). The branded kiosk and in-store advertisements (above) will introduce the company to new users. Once received, the customer can log in to the Shoe Rehab website (below) for a personalized experience, where they can check in on their shoes and see that their footwear is receiving the utmost care. Shoes are then shipped back to the user in a "care package" (bottom).
