PROJECT | Prompted to design an office for a 1900s female with profession of choice. Developed character and their story, then designed a digital model depicting how their office space might appear. Combination of SketchUp model, V-Ray rendering and Photoshop editing. Project was developed over the course of a week. Model and rendering were completed within the time frame of one business day.
STORY | Augusta Mae Mullan was an American ornithologist and environmentalist born in Savannah, Georgia in the 1880s. She helped organize multiple Audubon Society chapters and was an activist for bird protection, having done extensive field work in the southeast states. An avid reader and writer, Mullan collaborated with other activists to publish several field guides promoting non-invasive bird observation and education. Mullan received a degree in Environmental Studies from Wesleyan College in nearby Macon, Georgia, and was known to be a hospitable and social individual.
